Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Credits pay for generation. The cost is based on the number of characters in your text, billed per 100 characters and rounded up to a whole credit per audio. The estimate is shown before you generate.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from a pack stay on your account until you use them.
Is there a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time payments and nothing renews automatically.
What if a generation fails?
Credits for a failed generation are refunded to your balance automatically.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cards and the wallet options offered by our payment processor at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
