Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.

Unused credit packs

Credit packs are digital goods that are available as soon as you buy them. If you have not used any credits from a pack and you contact us within 7 days of purchase, we will refund it.

Used credits

Credits that were spent on successful generations are not refundable. If audio did not turn out as described because of a service fault, contact us and we will review it.
